Why you blog? 
I love sharing all the stuff I love and my blog is an outlet for that.  I love what I do and having a platform to share my opinions and views is really fun.  If any of my posts can be useful, informative or inspiring then it is an absolute bonus.  I blog because I love it.

Why are you part of the #BWB team? I have gotten so much help and encouragement on my journey and I love giving that back. It costs nothing to be kind, helpful and encouraging and I want to be part of a community where that matters.

I am a Mom of two kids (13 and 16) and I have been married for 19 years. I started blogging last year August and I am really enjoying writing and meeting other bloggers.

Because I felt the need to write about places I was going to.

I'm Jane, I'm a crazy, fun-loving, Irish South African with a love for all things wonderful, fabulous and a definite fan girl streak. I love travelling, eating and trying new restaurants,shopping (what girl doesn't), make-up and beauty products and so much more. I lam crazy about all things Disney, musicals and singing at the top of my lungs. Because of my varied interests my blog will probably never fit into one category... I like to think of it as a wonderful place of lifestyle, beauty treats.

Because of my varied interests my blog will probably never fit into one category... I like to think of it as a wonderful place of lifestyle, beauty treats. 

Why you blog (short please ladies)?

After a tough 2013, which included several Everest sized hurdles, I realized I needed an additional creative outlet. A friend suggested ages ago that I start a blog because she enjoyed hearing my take on different topics and so that my adventures could be documented. Because of all the hurdles I decided to give blogging a try and the rest they say is history... 

Why you are part of the #BWB team?

I love to meet people and getting to know them, I usually try to be the buddy to the person who looks lost in the room and make them feel like they have a new friend. I also would love to have feedback from any other bloggers on how to better my blog/where I can do better etc.

Blog Bio:

I’m an HR graduate working full-time, married to the love of my life who also happens to be my number 1 fan, and I am hot on the heels of success (I hope). I have an unhealthy obsession with the internet, online shopping, choc-chip muffins, home décor, and of course, CHOCOLATE! My blog is a place for rants and raves and my honest,unbiased thoughts. I am unique and different and that’s okay

Lifestyle, Beauty, Reviews – if I know something you should know, then you can bet I’m going to be blogging about it! 

Why you blog ?

At high school, my teachers believed I would make for a successful journo because of my love for languages.I wrote short stories and even penned some poetry but chose to follow another career path. My blog is an expression of who I am,somewhere I can be myself and let go and meet incredible people on my journey.

Why you are part of the #BWB team ?

There are so many instances of cyber-bullying and with internet trolls in large numbers just waiting to pounce on well-meaning bloggers, I believe #BWB is exactly what we all need to help and motivate each other to achieve success. I am a part of this network because I want to help inspire and support my fellow bloggers in any way possible. I also want to learn anything I can from them.

Blog Bio:

Coffey & Cake is a blog delving into the delicious world of coffee, cake & the good things in life. I started this blog as a means to share my coffee shop adventures with the world, and seeing as my surname at the time was Coffey, it made for a great title. I am a wife, blogger, freelance writer , and Social Media Consultant who loves connecting with people over good coffee!

Predominantly a coffee blog... with a few recipes, markets, and pretty, creative things added in here and there. 

Why you blog ?

I love writing and it is a great creative outlet for me. Being able to share my coffee shop adventures/opinions with others really is a blessing, and I have been fortunate enough to meet some of my awesome blog followers which makes me love what I do even more. 

Why you are part of the #BWB team ?

The title got me; to be a blessing is my calling in this world. Any opportunity to network,collaborate & get to know other bloggers, I’m in....


MEET RAEESA - 

Blog Bio:

I’m a 20-something year old commerce student from Durban. I’m passionate about modest fashion and beauty, so naturally blogging is my favorite pastime. I’m in love with all things purple and have a knack for cupcake décor. I’m the ultimate tea lover and I can’t help but die a little inside each time I see a pair of rounded toe pumps (weird pet peeve, but totally valid).

Beauty, fashion and everything in between. I don’t like restricting myself.

Why you blog?

I view my blog as my creative outlet and as an escape from my stressful (and boring) life as a student. I also enjoy sharing my passions, thoughts and opinions with others.

Why you are part of the #BWB team ?

I love the feeling of knowing that you’ve put a smile on fellow blogger’s pretty face, it’s just so fulfilling. It’s also great to know that I have tons of people to turn to when I need support or bit of motivation to get me going!

My name is Simônè, a 20 something old Durban blogger passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle and God. One of the most important aspects of my blog is being honest and giving the reader insight into my life and what has worked for me. I am a Christian and my values come across in all my blog posts as I do not curse or use profanity. By profession I am an Online Community Manager with a Public Relations degree as my qualification. My main aim for my blog was to inspire other women who want to feel good about themselves and encourage them with quick and easy way that has worked for me over the years and it’s free through my blog and YouTube channel. And that is the reason I created my blog called Canvas Fashion by Simônè, whereby I feel we all are a canvas and fashion/beauty is an art, it’s just about getting the creative juices flowing and enhancing the beauty that God has blessed us with.

Why you blog (short please ladies)?

I blog because I have a passion to share my thoughts, tips and tricks with women who do not have access to these things, either because it’s expensive to hire a personal stylist or to go for a makeup/beauty course. 

Myblog is a platform for women to share ideas with me and for me to encourage women to feel beautiful and enhance what they have. Over time I had to learn as well and when you have the resources to empower other women, why not. I share my fears, the miracles, accomplishments and my life on my blog. If my stories could inspire another women, then I know I’m doing something right.

Why you are part of the #BWB team ?

As you know I studied Public Relations and naturally a people’s person comes through my personality. So with that being said, I have always been the type of person to meet new faces and network. I feel when you meet and network with like minded women and bloggers, we get to share ideas and tips and also encourage one another. Some girls enjoy blogging for the freebies and recognition, but initially having a passion about the blog and your readers should inspire you to want to do better and meet others who share the same values and drive.
